Courthouse Assistance at Pleasant Point

On the second Tuesday of every month from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. a family law attorney volunteer from the Maine Volunteer Lawyers Project will provide free legal consultations for low income tribal members who have, or are likely to have, family matters litigated in the Tribal Court or the State Court.

Located at the Family Law Courthouse Assistance Program at the Pleasant Point Tribal Court in Perry.

Participants must meet low income guidelines to qualify for this service and will be screened at the conference.
