Resource Development Internship

The Resource Development internship at Pine Tree Legal Assistance offers students an opportunity to obtain hands-on experience with non-profit development, including fundraising, marketing and communications.

Interns will work will staff on a variety of activities, which will include:

·        Drafting press releases

·        Using social media to promote the organization

·        Maintaining a donor database

·        Planning events

·        Designing promotional materials

·        Work on grant applications

·        Using social media to promote the organization

·        Miscellaneous administrative tasks

Students will have the opportunity to focus the internship on activities that most interest them and are encouraged to seek school credit for this project.

A candidate for this position should be creative, motivated and hardworking. Interns should expect to work 8-15 hours per week, although the schedule is flexible and can be structured around the student’s class schedule.
